When you name an entry, "Virginia Tech Copycat?" with a question mark at the end, you are basically saying that he is a "copycat." This is a Fox News tactic. I know that you're not saying it, really. You're posing a question. It's a very misleading way of writing.

I'm disappointed that so many news organizations and people have started to imply their opinions on the news in this fashion.

Sigh.

One wonders where one can find one of those Romanian AR15-style rifles, too.

If he bought his Stag-15 legally in New Jersey, then it's probably in a legal configuration.

The thirty-round magazines (if they are in fact 30 rounders and not the type that have the length, but a stop inside to prevent them from loading more than 10 rounds - and are unmodified) could get him in trouble with the law.

The GFS Act simply says schools - which leaves plenty of wiggle room. I expect the kid is hosed, especially since at the moment, no one is going to want to appear lax.

He needs a good lawyer to string things along until the furor dies down, otherwise the system is more likely to use a 10ton block where a 12 oz hammer would suffice.
