MABARUMA, Guyana (Nov. 13, 2008) Project HOPE nurse practitioner Rachel Phillips, embarked aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), listens to a patient during a medical examination at the Mabaruma medical site during the humanitarian and civic assistance mission Continuing Promise 2008.
