Provincial Reconstruction Team Herat recently completed an expansion of a local kindergarten, one in a series of four projects in support of the Afghan social affairs department. The Civil Military Affairs team, led by the Capt. Mirko Radi, also constructed three professional centres apart from the expansion of the kindergarten. These projects will help widowed women, handicapped persons and abandoned children.
