05:00 - Shiraki airfield in Dedoplistskaro district in the east of the country is bombed by Russian jets.
04:37 – A civilian radar station in the village of Leninisi, five kilometres from downtown Tbilisi, is targeted in an air strike.
03:05 – The villages of Sharabidzeebi, Kapandichi, Makho near Batumi are bombed by Russian planes. A graveyard and a villager’s backyard are hit. No casualties are reported.
00:30 - Civilian radar station in the village of Shavshvebi west of Gori is bombed by Russian planes.

18:00 – The Black Sea town of Anaklia, 280 kilometres from Tbilisi, is bombed by Russian airplanes. No casualties are reported
