A B-1B Lancer flies past the Mount Rushmore National Memorial near Keystone, S.D. The monument features presidents Washington, Jefferson, Roosevelt and Lincoln. President’s Day is a federal holiday in the U.S. and is celebrated on the third Monday of February.
