GRANDE DOUDA, Djibouti (March 18, 2009) Builder 3rd Class Gwennette Jamerson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 Detachment. Horn of Africa, settles concrete at the Douda de Ecole Primary School. The pad will support a new water storage tank, giving the school 1,500 liters of water per day. NMCB-11 is deployed for the first time since being re-established in 2007 and is tasked to Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
