Opposing ACLU NSA Lawsuit
Since the lawsuit was filed in U.S. Federal Court in the Eastern District of Michigan, where I practice, I’ve already been contacted by concerned U.S. citizens who wish to intervene in the case as interested parties (whose interests and welfare are affected by this case) in support of the government’s activities. And we may do so. You may feel free to contact me regarding this if you are interested in adding your name.
Keeping in mind that no one who is commently knows anything significant about the NSA program, as far as I can determine the President has the authority to do this. And, as my posts on Fry the Spy Day reveal, I’ll do just about anything to poke a stick in the eye of a Rosenberg. One of the children of the traitorous Rosenbergs is a party to the lawsuit.
Sign me up as an interested party. I don’t want to be killed by Islamofascists.
