So why is a 12-year-old mature enough to have an abortion while a 21-year-old [Ashley Olsen] is too immature to date Lance Armstrong? The answer lies in what I think feminism has come to mean now that a woman has the same opportunities as a man:

Feminism is a political movement that seeks unlimited rights for women without corresponding responsibilities by exempting women from all criticism.

As does liberalism in general.
