SATTACK, Iraq (October 13, 2008) – Navy Lt. Chris Owston, a Medical Officer with Task Force 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, Regimental Combat Team 1, checks an Iraqi girl’s throat, Oct. 13.
