Here’s what’s going on.

I have a job, for about 2/3 of what I was making. My new employer is in the not-for-profit sector. I’m hoping to make something of myself there and perhaps create opportunity. I start next Monday.

We continue to mourn the death of Patches, the last of the four Texas kitties the lovely wife brought north with her when we married. An all white female, to be named Sarah, is in our future, if and when we find such a cat.

I went and saw Dr. Cutie for a checkup today. No, I will NOT have a colonoscopy even if I am over 50. Otherwise, we await results from the gallon or so blood that was drawn. Cholesterol will be high, I bet. With the gluten and lactose problems, and the stress of the last year, my diet has been comfort food as I could find it. PSA… we’ll see. Low BP, again, we’ll see.
