Stealing it.

There’s a fellow I see evey morning on my way to my temp job that has figured out a fairly easy way to make some money.

There is a newspaper “honor” box at the corner of Driving Park and Lake. An “honor” box is where you put your money in and take a newspaper, only one newspsper, and close the door to the box.

All this guy needs is 50 cents. He opens the box, grabs all the papers, and then sells them to the drivers of the cars stopped at the traffic light. Don’t know if he discounts them or not.
