Season 3 is in the United States, and concerns the truckers who drive the ice road to Prudhoe Bay. They’ve brought in two of the most popular Canadian drivers, and added a unique twist. Lisa Kelly, a 28 year old daredevil driver from Wasilla, Alaska, joins the men on the road.
Wasilla is the home of Sarah Palin, the current Governor of Alaska. Lisa sounds very much like the Governor in her speech, and seems to have all the daring the job requires. And, boys, she’s a looker! Her video

I happened to catch up with Lisa on Facebook and asked her what her limits might be, as a woman. Her response:

Wow its nice to see all the great comments about Lisa and the rest of the crew from ice road truckers. I think it is quit the accomplisment of these brave induvidals to bare the risks and conditions. I also have to wonder how are the camera crews handiling the cold, with all these great documantry series’ the crews on someof these shows could alone have there own show oh ya and if I didn’t have a woman that put up with me I would prolly run as fast as I could to confess my love to Lisa LOL! Oh and it might help if she wasn’t married!

When I first started watching Ice Road Truckers I had a little interest, bringing back memories of my failed attempt to be a trucker when I was younger, only making it to phase three and not taking my road test, I wish I had finished it instead of being a factory worker, but still wonder about it, it was really fun driving those big rigs, Lisa is really pretty and courages, and it goes to show that you can accomplish what you set out to do. When I read her bio that she recently got married, I almost cried for some reason ?She reminded me a little of Meagan Mccormick with such a outgoing personality. Wish her all the luck in her career and hope she stays safe.

As others have noted, LISA is keeping this show alive. She’s hot, sexy, and gutsy. If it wasn’t for her, I likely would not be interesting in this season. If this show wants to build a following up, featuring her more would definitely be a step in the right direction. Of course all this is, obviously, is just in my humble opinion.
I love Lisa because she is sooooo hot. Hope that she is safe on the road. I hope that her or Ja k wins this season. Jack and Lisa are the best.
This woman, keeping her cool and doing this job is truely inspirational for me. I have two daughters and I drive in Michigan. Lisa shows that women can do it all and kick ass doing it.
ever since i got home from iraq i have done nothing but watch ice road truckers and hope to see lisa shes sooo hot and she is makeng me want to get out of the Marines and go and join her on the ice road (plus i dont really want to go back to iraq lol). Lisa i want to meet you.
Lisa is GREAT! What makes her great is that first and foremost Lisa is ALL girl in a ‘man’s’ occupation while being true to herself. She is not trying to be a ‘guy’ or someone she is not and that is what makes her a class act! I admire when a person is honest with who they are and doing the best that they can do which is what makes her a real gem!!! Not only that but she is a real beauty! I hope that she wins that season!!!!!!!!! If she doesn’t I hope Alex does, he is a good guy.
Lisa Kelly is one of the cutest, most fiery women I have ever had the pleasure to see. She has guts I’ll give her that. This lovely lady could accomplish anything, even a career in modeling.

She is SOOOOO PRETTY.. and beautiful! The first time I saw her, my heart skipped a beat or two because she reminds me of my first girlfriend. Truly a natural beauty. MAN! Her boyfriend is one lucky guy. I think she is the only reason to pay attention to this show because Hugh and Alex are cool but not much to look at. Needless to say, the producers have done right by me because I don’t think I would watch another season of the most boring show on History Channel, without her. I sure hope she is safe and doesn’t break so much as a nail on those messed up roads. Rock on you arctic Goddess! I love Lisa……… she motivates me to quite my job and hit the road. It just shows that anyone can do it.
