Accused murderer Frank Garcia pleaded not guilty in Sweden Town court to two counts of First Degree Murder and one count of attempted murder at his arraignment last night. He is charged with the murders of Mary Sillman and Randall Norman and the attempted murder of Audra Dillon.
A Lakeside Health spokesman calls Randy Norman “a hero”.
Mary Sillman started with Lakeside as a CNA in their long term nursing facility in October. Garcia was let go by Lakeside last week. He was hired in late October or early November. His was a per diem position, a nursing supervisor on off-shifts at the long term nursing facility. He was an RN. His RN registration
The Lakeside spokesman cannot comment on Garcia’s employment history or reason for termination.
A memorial service is being planned in Brockport.
Christopher Glatz was an administrator at the Quail Summit assisted nursing facility in Canandaigua. Kimberly Glatz worked at F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua and was a student at Nazareth College and Finger Lakes Community College according to her MySpace page.
