Staff Sgt. Chadwick Rix restrains a cow on a Dominican Republic farm to allow the veterinary team to vaccinate it during a Continuing Promise 2009 community service project. Continuing Promise combines U.S. military and interagency personnel, non-governmental organizations, academics and partner nations to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering services afloat and ashore alongside host nation personnel.
