Dell Being Investigated

State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo set up a web site for consumers seeking restitution from Dell Inc.

A New York judge found the computer retailer engaged in false and deceptive advertising and ordered Dell to more clearly state most customers don’t qualify for free financing or next day repair service.

Cuomo is collecting complaints to help the court determine how much restitution Dell and Dell financial services owe customers. Click on the link below to contact the Attorney General about your complaints.
