    off topic, chuck, but i wanted to let you know that i was aware of laura ingraham’s voluntary tour of duty in iraq, and certainly give her points for that. i was remiss in assuming that everyone who knew about the ingraham remarks was aware of that fact (and in fact, i can see why she, who traveled along the front lines, would feel miffed about reporters who stay in the green zone).

    i have added an addendum to my orignal post mentioning ms. ingraham’s visit to iraq, and crediting you with pointing it out.
