Three hundred million Americans. That’s a whole lot. Why, that would reach from the Earth to the Moon… or something.
The Left is bemoaning the birth of number 300,000,000. That being the straw that breaks the camel’s back. In reality, with technology we no have, and the improvements we can logicly expect, it really isn’t much of a burden on old Mother Earth at all.

Tim Blair from far off Australia notes the event with a collection of family photos, the families of his regular commenters and readers. There are a lot of happy Americans in those photos, young people looking forward to their future in a land that seems wide open to them.
The lovely lady who calls herself Rightwingsparkle is calling it quits for now. Her skills at blogging took over from the things she really wanted to do with her life, helping others. She has volunteered for many worthwhile causes in the past and will now do so again.
Two fellow bloggers, each concentrating on something important in life. It’s very true and we political bloggers take it for granted that the world revolves around us. Between Kos and Glenn Reynolds is the entire planet
Not really. America, Americans, are about deeper things than the trials and tribulations of politics. What counts to all 300 million of us are family, friends, faith and freedom. The little bit of pseudo-reality we call the blogosphere isn’t all that there is.
Celebrate the birth of Mister or Miss 300 million.
