Rochester New York is unique in many ways and this is one of its most unique and best kept secrets. The City has a river and a riverine gorge running through it. Below the fold are photos I took today at lunch. The City is on either side of the gorge but you wouldn’t know it in many places.

IRS, No. 05-6151 just affirmed a federal trial court’s determination that the owner of an LLC (limited liability company) can be held personally liable for unpaid payroll taxes.
