Yesterday, about 4:30 p.m., there was a terrible accident on I390 about 45 minutes south of Rochester. A bus rearended a parked tractor trailer. Four are reported dead at this time. Photos taken by a nearby resident show that the bus is nearly split in half lengthwise.
